POSTER SESSION - SPECIFICATIONS

• Please have your poster ready with the guidelines provided to you and paste it on the Poster board as per the number allotted to you by 08.30 AM on Friday, 14th Feb. 2020.

• Your Poster size should be 30 inches wide by 42 inches high

• The Poster should be easily read at a distance of four feet Text Size (Title 85 pt. Sub Heading 36 pt. Body text 24 pt. Caption 18 pt.)

• Please have the Poster printed on Flex/Vinyl, printed on one large sheet is encouraged.

• The heading should include the abstract title, author names and institution.

• Please organize your poster by the following sub-headings: Purpose/Objective, Materials/Methods, Results and Conclusions.

• The use of standard abbreviations is desirable. Authors can include figure, table or black/white illustration.

• At the bottom of the poster, please include your and/or the corresponding author's email address.

• Posters will be reviewed by a Panel of experts between 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM on February 15, 2020. The panel would select twenty posters from the total number for final presentation by the presenter on Saturday 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM

• Presenters should be present by the side of their respective selected Posters on Saturday, February 15, 2020 between 11:00 AM to 01:00 PM

• Material for putting up the Poster will be provided at the conference venue

• There is no Oral paper presentation.

Poster Tear-down:

1. Organizers are not responsible for the removal of your poster.

2. Kindly remove your poster by 2:00 PM on 15^th Feb 2020

3. Poster presenters are encouraged to format their Poster per specific guidelines for easy setup and removal.

4. Registration is mandatory for all delegates including those presenting posters /papers. (Registration should be done separately)

5. The work/Research/Abstract should be related to oncology and relevant to India.

6. Summaries of new, ongoing and updated research (Original work, Case report, hypothesis, good quality review, preliminary data, and thesis work) will be acceptable for submission and presentation.

7. Inappropriately structured or incomplete abstracts will not be accepted.

8. Presenting author to be highlighted in bold and underline

9. The abstract author will be notified by email about its acceptance and other details.

10. Accepted presenters must adhere to deadlines and guidelines, and they must promptly respond to communication.

11. Last Date of Abstract Submission is 15^th Jan., 2020

12. Abstract must be typed and presented in English

13. Use the Font type Calibri and Font Size 11/12

14. The Abstract written should not exceed 500 words

15. Abstract Must be submitted under below categories:
